Terms & Conditions

 

  • Registration fees entitles participants to attend all sessions and CME certificates.
  • For administrative and preparatory reasons, online registration is possible until 10th January 2024 (GMT+ 3). From this date onwards, we advise you to register and pay
  • Registrations are confirmed only upon payment receipt.
  • Registration fee apply as per the date of payment.

Payments

 

  • All registration fees must be paid in advance.
  • No confirmation will be sent until iMED EVENT has received the payment.
  • You may process the payments using Credit Card or Bank Transfer.
  • If you are using Bank Transfer, please indicate your first and family names, your registration number (mentioned on your profile), and “SGSS 2024”.

Cancellations & Refunds

 

  • If a registrant is unable to attend an event for any reason they may substitute, by arrangement with the registrar, someone else to attend in their place
  • No refunds are available for cancellations.
