Abstract Submission

1. Deadline for the on-line only submission of Abstracts is strictly 30^th November, 2023
2. Abstracts are to be submitted through the internet website regular e-mail: abstract@sgss2024.com
3. following strictly the specific guidelines.
4. Confirmation of acceptance by the Scientific Committee will be sent by email on 15
5. Abstract should not be presented in any conference before.
6. In order to avoid disruption of Session by “no-shows”, accepted Abstracts will only be integrated in the Final Program if the confirmation of receiving the acceptance have been received by 15 December, 2023!
7. Length of the abstract text is limited to 250-350 word (double space- times new roman- font size 14).

9. Title Page, Authors and affiliation

• Introduction
• Materials & Methods
• Results
• One table and one picture only may be included.

1. After acceptance, exchange of the Presenting Author will only be possible in case of approval of the written request by the scientific Committee
2. The Presenting Author’s Name must be identical to what will be written in the Congress Registration Form.
3. Mailing Address – Any communication regarding the acceptance will only be given to the Submitting Author at the address respectively at the e-mail address as registered.
4. Each Presenting Author of an accepted abstract must submit a Disclosure Form showing commercial, financial or research relationships or interests.

Decision before acceptance will be communicated at the time by 15 December from the scientific committee.

The Scientific Committee will decide either your submissions will be consider aas an oral or poster presentation
