It gives me a great honour to welcome you to the 15th Saudi General Surgery Society Congress #SGSS2024 which will be held on January 13th -15th, 2024 in Jeddah Hilton Hotel, Jeddah, KSA. The #SGSS2024 will be a great surgical congress were distinguished international and national speakers from different surgical societies and groups will discuss Updates in Surgery sharing their valuable experience in managing surgical patients in different specialities across the world.

The #SGSS2024 has been approved by the Saudi Council for Health Specialties and CME credited hours will be granted, along with several surgical workshops dedicated to surgeons and surgical trainees preceded the congress on Saturday January 13th, 2024.

As we promised to provide new collaborations in our annual meetings, I am delighted to update you about new collaborations with the International Association of Surgeons, Gastroenterologists and Oncologists (IASGO) as well as the Saudi Nurses Association (SNA) in addition to the other Saudi Surgical Societies who will collaborate the efforts to provide you with an outstanding surgical congress the #SGSS2023 and a great platform for learning, discussion and debates in the field of Updates in Surgery.
